In the meantime, you may access the forums with your account through the Technical Resource Center.

What else can be found in the TRC?

• Data Manager - This tool allows you to upload, in bulk, your location data to be processed and geocoded. It also provides an interface to your data so that you can modify, add, or delete records from your database. The Data Manager is the primary means of uploading data into our spatial searching engine.
• Reporting - With this tool you can see your total transaction usage, allowing you to see how many maps, driving directions, and searches your applications have made. It can also can tell you which cities and countries the majority of your transactions are taking place.
• My Account - Within the My Account page, you can update your referrer list, as well as get your unique API keycode and password.
