Changing the email address used in profile

How to change the email address used to login to the developer.mapquest.com? Is this possible?

Email is a unique identifier
Email is a unique identifier for the Developer Network's backend so it's not modifiable at this time. You can create a new login with the new and improved email any time.

If we create a new login with a new email then how do we map an existing key to our new account without interrupting service?

Sorry, the email actually is modifiable if you go to the My Profile page and hit the Edit link. The reporting numbers start over from zero when this is done. This is an issue the team is working to address in a future release.   Key across accounts are not moved between accounts for Developer Network accounts. Enterprise Edition users can contact their account manager or support for help with this.

When I hit the edit link, it states that I have to enter in my password to edit the email address. So I do that but nothing happens when I do. Please advise?

Sorry, there have been issues with accounts and the email change functionality has been removed. If an email change is absolutely necessary, a new account can be created with that email.

But does that solve the

But does that solve the problem with mapping that new email to the existing account when the account is not an enterprise account? How would we do that with a new email address and an existing account?

If keys have been created
If keys have been created with existing login emails that are not part of an Enterprise Edition account, those keys will remain on separate login emails. If an additional key needs to be under an existing login associated with another key, then a new key can be created with that login email on the Keys & Reporting page. There is no method to combine login emails and their keys after they've been created.
