forward enconding for german places returns always english area names

Example

geocoding/v1/address?key=Fmjtd%7Cluub200b2q%2Cr5%3Do5-9ur5d6&callback=renderOptions&inFormat=kvp&outFormat=csv&maxResults=3&boundingBox=70,-10,35,20&location=Vogelsanger+Weg+**,K%C3%B6ln,,50858,DE

Response "Country","State","County","City","PostalCode","Street","Lat","Lng","DragPoint","LinkId","Type","GeocodeQualityCode","GeocodeQuality","SideOfStreet","DisplayLat","DisplayLng" "DE","North Rhine-Westphalia","","Cologne","50858","Vogelsanger Weg **","50.933674","6.853651","false","0","s","P1AXA","POINT","N","50.933674","6.853651"

Cologne should be german Koeln.

(** is to hide secrets here)

I tried with Accept-Language header (as recommended in reverse encoding), without success.

The geocoder uses English
The geocoder uses English versions of all names when available. There is no language option for the Geocode API.
