    • Is there a free tier or trial period available?

      Yes! MapQuestGO is the only plan which comes with 15,000 free starter transactions. There is no time limit to use these transactions. If you have any questions please consult our FAQ page or reach out to support@mapquest.com and we’ll get back to you!

    • Can I change my plan after selecting another one?

      Yes. Plans can be changed or canceled via the Manage Plan section on the user profile. You can change your plan at any time.

    • What is Extended Rights Geocoding?

      Extended Rights Geocoding (ERG) is a license that allows more flexibility with regard to the use of geocoding results. Geocoding results must be displayed on a MapQuest map or used with another MapQuest service; however, the ERG license allows results to be stored (US and Canada) or otherwise used without a map or shown on a map from an alternative provider.     • How does the MapQuest GO pay-as-you-go plan work?

      MapQuestGO uses a pay-as-you-go pricing model meaning that you only pay for the transactions you consume! It’s the ideal choice for new consumers or those with variable usage. This plan does not have do not have any limits on usage and will not accumulate overage fees. It automatically comes with 15,000 initial free transactions and then bills at $0.0045 per transaction after! If your monthly usage is stable, we recommend checking out our tiered, pre-commit plans on the pricing page.

    • What support options are offered?

      We’re here to help. MapQuest Technical Support is included with the MapQuest GO, Basic, Plus, Business, or Business Plus plan. Enterprise customers receive premium support and dedicated technical support resources.
